How do you enforce CTTT Orders?

      We have an order in place with the CTTT but we are having problems getting off the starting blocks and the timeline given by the CTTT is extremely tight.  The SM won’t give the suppliers the go ahead to proceed with the works without EC approval and 50% of the EC have gone into hiding and won’t respond to any emails.  Does anyone have any advice on how to get the works started? Thanks

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
