      can u believe this?

      we have a serious problem owner, built his own extra space in the roof cavity of the common property, deliberately blocks access to parking, intimidates others, deliberate loud noises, deposits rubbish on the common property and worse, {numerous avos}  been doing this for more than 10 years. The oc does nothing, our manager does nothing our oc is useless and ive been on the oc for 15 years, but complaints and action are never followed up. took this guy to the cttt some 6 years ago, that was a farce. A simple denial by him or a promise by him is an out for the cttt. How can i act without support? this guy is now on the oc, by default, i exposed his actions yet again at our agm, but nothing is done.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
