The entrance for our main driveway is different to the actual address. (Strange I know!) Our visitors’ car park and letterboxes are at this address. I asked six months ago for the location sign to be replaced as it had either rotted or was vandalised. Tradespeople are having difficulty finding the main entrance. I indicated to the Managing Agents that valuable time could be wasted if a resident required an emergency vehicle (Police, ambulance, fire brigade). They passed on my request to the EC and again, silence. We are financial at present – so that’s not the problem. When I was on the EC, I was informed that any safety issue such as this needed to be attended to as our EC had a ‘personal legal liability’. This could lead to the EC being sued as they knew of the problem and didn’t act. Any ideas???

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
