I own a unit in a block of three (freestanding). We have decided to create a by-law so that each owner looks after their own building and the strata fund would only be for driveways fences and gardens. We have had a solicitor draft the by-law and now it is done – 2 owners have approved / signed the document but one owner is not answering emails or letters. She is also unavailable for repairs needed in her unit the contractor has been trying to contact her for 2 months to no avail. Is there any way we can get the Bylaw through without one of the owners approval?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
