A new report backed by six Australian universities has concluded that having pets is good for both tenants and landlords. What are we talking about here, methane? I’ve never heard of pets being a major contributor to climate change, but I’m open to any compelling argument.

My suggestion for items to be listed on any pet ownership by- laws.

DNA testing be recorded and held by Strata?

(To identify poops that are not scooped)

Impose a cleaning fee where required.

Impose a fine for noise nuisance.

Visible areas to be kept clean ( pet trays to be clean at all times)

Controlled at all times, lead(connected both ends), travel box, muzzle.

Evidence of training.

Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
