      My OC last year terminated the services of our Strata Manager,retaining his firm to keep the FinancialBook-keeping duties only.

      My request for the return of the 'Strata Seal' (rubber stamp) was denied.

       I was told that it must be retained as a statute of the 'Stock and Station Agents Act”.

      Inquiries to Fair Trading NSW were unable to confirm this assertion.

      Requests to the Manager to state which part of the Act he refers to have gone unanswered.

      As Secretary of the O.C, I am convening a A.G.M soon and wish to make sure that the Minutes of the Meeting get stamped with the Seal.

      What should my next step be ?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
