I’m on the EC of a small (4 units, one shop) block of units on the lower North Shore in Sydney. It’s 2 storeys high – ground, first, second floor. The concrete render on the external surfaces is breaking off (a result of water penetration which is being addressed).

I’m looking for a recommendation of a company that can quote to repair / replace all crumbling render (and any potentially crumbling render).

Yes, I’ve asked the strata manager, but they are very slow in responding and the owners are wanting to get the ball rolling.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
