      I am aware of the ongoing fuss of whole apartments being rented out blah blah blah.

      What of the situation where responsible resident hosts rent out a room ?

      Can a by-law :

      – explicitly allow this ?

      – explicitly prohibit this ?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
