Special Resolutions

      I know that a Special Resolution requires 75% of Proprietors to be in favour based on Unit Entitlement, but is that 75% of those at the Meeting either personally or by Proxy, or is it 75% of all Proprietors on the Roll?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
