Strata Manager / Executive Committee give me the runaround.

      Hi. New and my first post / question please.

      There are issues which need attention at the strata block where I live ( 30 units Sydney NSW). The Strata Manager says I must speak directly to him and must not contact any person on our four person Executive Committee. 

      The problem is when I email him and even call him, nothing get done. When I DID mention this to an Executive Committee member she simply said ‘You must do everything through the Strata Manager and walked away fast.

      My household suffers and others too as some things need fixing badly (leaking ceiling in hall, rusty guttering).

      What should we do please?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
