Tenant Representative on Executive Committee

      We are considering appointing a tenant representative to our Ex Com.  Has any own experience of this? Are there things that we should be aware of? Any tips about appointing such and has anyone had a problem with this?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
