Voting for ECM

      a vote needs to be taken to elect the ECM and numbers are more than required. E.g. 7 members and  9 volunteers. If you feel several nominations are insuitable because they are in breach of by laws can you only vote for the people you want? Or do you have to fill every vacancy with a name? Can you vote only for one person if you want to ensure they get on the EC?

      i cant find anything on this site or in the Strata Act.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
