      There are two tenants in my property. The average water use for two people is 346 litres a day. My tenants use about twice that and I’m happy to pay about $300 a quarter. This quarter they have used 2,837 litres a day!!! We suspected a leak and the plumber paid a visit twice. There was a small leak and it was fixed. How can I get the tenants to pay this excessive use of water? How can I get it put into their lease? The agent is helpful but only to a certain point.
      Any ideas?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
