Sorry, might not have been clear in my question.

The motion above was used at our last AGM.

I’m thinking ahead for our next AGM and wondering if other OCs have required General Meetings for certain things – to get ideas on the kinds of things you might require to be brought back to owners.

Second the vote of thanks for this fabulously informative website and thank you for your work in updating it all.

My feedback is that if you search the webiste using the search box in the top right of each web page you get slightly different results and the results are presented differently. This is a bit confusing.

These two clauses relate to a ‘general meeting (that is not an annual general meeting)’.

So I’m wondering what the process is for an annual general meeting.
