Its probably not surprising but this is a large and very well known developer its not just the smaller ones that are questionable. We will progress as described – good thing I guess is that we have the committee all on side.
I think we will be asking the lawyer as well whether the builder had any authority/right to action any common property repairs without being engaged by the Owners corp.
