Yes the penthouse does pay 3 sets of fees. Just one more question when do you use a majority vote versus a poll vote? I would imagine that the penthouse owners would always insist on a poll vote so they benefit in say each motion that is put forward at an AGM?

Thank you for your feedback – the only issue is that one of the choices in particular would be a very bad choice – and the frames of the newly replaced windows match the existing building colour and some unit owners may not consider this. Also we have a group that generally votes the same way so no chance of fragmentation! Regards Chatterbox
