Get your executive committee to start looking first. Once found lodge a item on the agenda for egm or next agm which ever is faster.

looking to do the same – move strata managers.

However we do have a lot of issues to address still.

Does anyone have a list of points to look out for, looking for a good strata management company?

question about initial state – was the mould noticed at the beginning of the lease?
IF not, and the mould starts to grow until its visible – who is held responsible? – how do you prove?
eg. no mould from the beginning, but mould appears – either the tentant did not vent the room; or mould spore from underneath paint.
