My suggestion for items to be listed on any pet ownership by- laws.

DNA testing be recorded and held by Strata?

(To identify poops that are not scooped)

Impose a cleaning fee where required.

Impose a fine for noise nuisance.

Visible areas to be kept clean ( pet trays to be clean at all times)

Controlled at all times, lead(connected both ends), travel box, muzzle.

the registration of short-term letting has striking resemblance to the recent taxi industry versus Uber.

motel owners that include tax rates in their rental charges would surely wish that short term let’s are subject to similar tax costs
