My boss is in a bit of a pickle.  He has transferred me away from the developer, out of site out out of mind.  He know I have done nothing wrong but the developer holds the votes in that particular complex.  Seven years after his company built the place he still controls the BMC and two other EC's.  Now that is just wrong.

I am looking for a new job now however think my task maybe more difficult than it should otherwise be because of this situation.

I would love to but I just cannot afford to be out of work.  4 kids and a mortgage.  

 

What really gets me is the apathy of the owners who are loosing serious money.  Do people actually care what happens to their hard earned.
