We have a lot owner who say they had approval to drill (jackhammer) into the concrete slab to change plumbing

they had in the bylaw, “removal of existing fixtures and fittings and replace with new fixtures and fittings”

”removal of floor tiles and wall tiles and replace with new floor tiles and wall tiles”

so the owners Corporation never expected new plumbing

what do you think the definition of fixtures and fittings are? Is it plumbing (pipes) or just Things attached in the same spot without moving them?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
