      I’m Just wondering how does an OC work without a chairman

      I’m chairman of  a committee of three ,  12 units in all .

      The other two members are  a vexatious   person who writes nasty pages and pages of invective each week to me, the managers and tradespeople  and  I’m constantly having to appease them all.  The 3rd is his girlfriend  who wants to please him.   

      Despite this,  I’ve achieved a lot since being chairman for 1 year, but it’s been a real battle.   (.Btw they elected me as they didn’t want it). 

       

      Anyway  Ive had enough.  

       

      So if/when  i resign , though I’ll remain on the committee, and if no one else wants the position,  how does anything get done?   I would gladly appoint our managers who are excellent to take care of things but I don’t see it happening.
